The Partners
Mark Hilton BSc FCA
Mark has been a partner at ALG for over 16 years and has over 30 years’ experience helping owner managed businesses to grow whilst meeting all their necessary financial regulatory needs.
Mark started his career at a city firm of Chartered Accountants in 1987 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.
Mark’s portfolio includes large groups of companies down to smaller tax cases with clients ranging from the fashion industry and hospitality through to property investment and construction.
Mark specialises in working with SMEs, advising them in all areas, including tax planning, audits and accounts preparation.

Panos Michaelides Ba, Aca
Panos became a Partner at ALG in 2021 and has vast accounting, audit and tax experience covering a wide range of corporate sectors.
Panos qualified as a Chartered Accountant over 10 years ago whilst working for a top 50 accounting practice in the West End. He spent the next decade working for a top 10 global audit and accounting firm where he worked with both large international groups and UK based SMEs.
His client base includes individuals, owner-managed businesses and private companies from a wide range of industries including manufacturing, travel, property and consultancy.
Panos specialises in both UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting and he speaks both English and Greek fluently.
